The Design Process
The first stage all products go through is called Computer Aided Design (CAD). This process consists of designing the product using cutting edge computer software. This ensures we know exactly how we want our product to look like once it is manufactured.
We take the design and create a wax model - the exact mold used to cast our custom jewelry pieces. Mold making is a particularly delicate process with multiple steps to control quality. Only perfect molds are used in our manufacturing process.
To ensure the highest quality, we throw out each mold after four uses. This ensures that each piece is perfect. Every letter is deeply ingrained in solid sterling silver and will never wear off. The process is manual and expensive but produces the highest quality product.
Each of our pieces is assembled by hand in the USA by our team of jewelers. This is the only way to produce products that consistently surpass expectations. This is why we offer a 100% lifetime warranty on everything we sell. Guaranteed.
