Shipping / Returns / Warranty
What is your warranty?
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. We offer a free lifetime warranty on all Sterling Silver beads. We also offer a free lifetime warranty against any manufacturer defects. If you feel that your jewelry is in need of repair due to a manufacturer defect, we ask that you send the jewelry to us for an evaluation. If we determine that the repair is needed due to a manufacturer defect, it will be repaired free of charge. Our lifetime warranty DOES NOT include every day wear and tear or abuse/neglect. We also cannot cover any jewelry pieces that have been worked on or modified by another jeweler or anyone else.
What is your shipping policy?
We ship worldwide. Shipping is free in the United States.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 - 4 business days. You should expect to receive your order within a few days after the shipment notification if you're in the US.
What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Sale items are final sale.
What is your exchange policy?
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Please contact us with your name, order number, and reason for requesting an exchange. We accept exchanges of unworn items within 30-days.
Can I modify my order after it's been placed?
If you need to modify your order, please contact us within an hour or two of placing it. We'll do our best to help with your order, but if it has been shipped out already, it can not be modified.

Where are your products made?
All jewelry and accessories are designed and assembled in-house by our team in the USA.
Can you repair my jewelry?
For all repair inquiries, please email us. Please include your name, proof of purchase, and a description and photo of the damage to help us provide you with an accurate repair quote. A lot of times, we don't charge for minor repairs.
All of our Sterling Silver beads come with a lifetime warranty and will be repaired or replaced for free.
What if I need a different size?
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Please contact us with your name, order number, and reason for requesting an exchange. We accept exchanges of unworn items within 30-days.
Do you do custom work?
Yes! We love to help our clients with custom work. Please contact us with your idea & requirements.
Can I copy your designs?
No. We own the rights to all of our designs and have either filed or been granted a legal copyright to all of our designs and jewelry. Please contact us if you have any questions.
How can I buy now and pay later?
Yes! We want our jewelry to be accessible to all.
